Hi Michael,

Thatbs very helpful to hear.

It reinforces the point that the declarative model itself is soundbeven if
the surrounding ecosystem hasnbt seen the same level of ongoing development.

Paulbs and Alanbs comments already had me thinking along those lines, and
your note adds an important real-world data point: that this approach can
remain stable and effective over time with minimal maintenance.

It has definitely influenced how Ibm now thinking about the architecture. In
particular, Ibm exploring what a modern declarative approach might look like
today, potentially combining a thin HTTP layer with a declarative core
(pipelines, XSLT, XQuery, etc.).

Thanks for sharing thatbitbs very insightful.

Best,
Roger
