Odd... in Kernow and oXygen's (10.3) debugger aspect I get just 'bar'.
On the command line and in oXygen's normal editor I get<foo>bar</bar>
Need to look into this a little more...
Turns out to be a "feature" of the s9api design: where the
transformation output is sent to a Serializer, the Serializer is
responsible for deciding how to format the output; it is taking
cognizance of the static serialization properties defined in xsl:output,
but not the dynamic properties defined by xsl:result-document. I need to
look into this.
