Thanks to Ken for his most cogent explanation yesterday.

I particularly like his use of "pushing" and "catching" for
the actions of "apply-templates select" and "template match" respectively.
It is exactly the way I think of these actions.

W/r namespaces & other stuff, I think I need to re-re-review MKs tree
diagrams
in his beginners book.
