RE: Zipping xsl:result-documents into ePub

Hello,

.odt files are just .zip files that contain meta.xml, settings.xml,
styles.xml and content.xml (this last file being the document itself,
the other containing what their name suggest).

You can rebuild the whole document file in xml by concatening the content
of the above four files (after their respective root element) in an
<office:document> element.

In Saxon you can access directly any 'bar.xml' file inside a 'foo.zip'
file as such:
	doc('jar:foo.zip!/bar.xml')
