Here is my output requirement.

Case 1:

<grant-sponsor id="grs1">After collecting</grant-sponsor>
<grant-sponsor id="grs2">After selecting</grant-sponsor>
<grant-number refid="grs1">15 patients</grant-number>
<grant-number refid="grs2">10 patients</grant-number>

Case 2:

<grant-sponsor id="grs1">After collecting</grant-sponsor>
<grant-sponsor id="grs2">After selecting</grant-sponsor>
<grant-number refid="grs2">10 patients</grant-number>
