I think quite a few people have lost the context of your previous
thread (or, perhaps you can point to a location of your previous
thread in the archives, and we can have a look at it).

It's not clear (to me) how your question (how to find all the
immediate siblings - which Mandar has answered) relates to your input
and output documents.

It would be nice, if you can explain the XML transformation problem a
bit more, so people can suggest a solution.
