change version attribute to 1.0 to stop forwards compatibility
processing and then process with an xslt 1 engine.

depending on what you mean by "xslt2 features" this will give you an
error message usually if (say) an xpath2 function like max() is used.

However

If you have

<xsl:value-of select="foo"/>

where you have the "xslt 2 feature" of giving the string value of every
foo selected, rather than just the first, then there isn't much you can
do except run the thing on the two systems and diff the results.
