o.k., I'll look into this, but it will take a few days. Also I had a
closer look to your input xml:
what is <ColGrp heading="Quarter"> and the corresponding one after
<!--===TOTALS====--> for (both the outermost ColGrp)? It seems there
is no corresponding output, please check it.
