Removing fo:table-footer borders

Hi All,

Is it possible to prevent the borders in <fo:table-footer> from
displaying? I tried a variety of properties (border-style="none"
border-right="none" border-left="none" border-bottom="none"
border-top="none") and nothing seems to be able to remove the borders.

I am using Arbortext E3 for rendering.
