  You didn't show us how you compile the stylesheet.  You would
instanciate some JAXP Source to represent where the stylesheet is read
from.  What that looks like?

  I guess this is a JAXP issue, but if it is specifically bound to
Saxon, there is a dedicated list for Saxon, see http://saxon.sf.net/.
