As I see it, the part of XSLT which renders style is "WYSIWYG", but the processing part would be more rightly described as "PNATTMBTC", Pay No Attention To The Man Behind The Curtain. So called labor saving devices often do not end up saving much labor they just raise the presentation standards; a vacuum for example (think WYSIWYG). Nonetheless, you wouldn't send an Electrolux to fight an Ebola outbreak - because it's a different sort of clean you're looking for (think PNATTMBTC).
