that is saxon 6, so XSLT1. current-time() is only available in xsl2,
so you need saxon8..jar.
although of course if you have to use xslt1 then you can declare a time
parameter to your stylesheet you can go
java -jar saxon.jar a.xml x.xsl time="2 0'clock" >c.xml
and in practive replace "2 0'clock" by a call to an operating system
function to supply the time, eg time=`date` works on most unix shells.
