fo:static-content

Hi,
The <fo:static-content> object has a "flow-name"
property that defines where the content of the
<fo:static-content> object will go.
I would like to know if I can define
<fo:static-content> for the body region, I mean, can I
write:
<fo:static-content flow-name ="xsl-region-body">,
which means that the content of the static-content
will go to the body region.
