Hi Colin,

I am using XMLspy's built in processor. I found the example in a forum. I
added the extra slash, but no help. Most likely because I am not using
saxon.

What would be the correct string to use for XML files located in c:/xmlfile

Note that the meaning of the URI argument to the collection function is 
implementation-dependent.

Judging by the URI used, you are using Saxon, so the Saxon list would be a 
place to pursue this.
However, i think you just need to add a third slash after file: .
