You need to go to an HTML/CSS authoring group and ask what HTML/CSS you need in order to get something displayed like that on the usual browsers. This is not the right list to get that information.

Once you know what HTML/CSS you need, if you have trouble transforming your input to generate that HTML then come back here with the required HTML and someone will probably be able to help with that part.
