 proportional column width in XSLT
Hi:

Is there a way to achieve proportional column widths
in XSLT like in XSLFO for CALS table? Example, if
there is an XML input for table with proportional
column wdths
<colspec colwidth=proportional-column-width(1)> which
would be actually 1*,
how do u convert this into an HTML table and how to
calculate the proportional column widths?
