I think you mean to want to know how to escape the { and } characters in an Attribute Value Template, correct? You can do so by using {{ and }} respectively:

<a href="#" onclick="Position.clone('{$ElementA}', '{$ElementB}',
{{setheight: false, setWidth: false }})">-click me-</a>
