This has been resolved in .NET 2.0 -- I cannot reproduce the bug using
VS2005 XML Editor.

So, simply use the XslCompiledTransform class.

So, frustrating, it appears that the bug still exists!  This is a HUGE
problem.  So, is there a known workaround?
