hello.
i would be happy with a minimal conforming implementation in xslt 2.0, meaning that only the element() scheme of xpointer would have to be supported. i would doubt that supporting the xpointer() scheme is something anybody would like to do, in particular since even xslt 2 does not support the evaluation of dynamically generated xpaths (one of the things i would have loved to see in xslt 2). apart from that, i cannot imagine what the hard parts should be, but maybe i am a bit to naive. anyway, i would be very happy to be pointed to a list of potential problems before i get started. thanks and cheers, erik wilde tel:+1-510-6421464 - fax:+1-510-6425814
