  I still don't understand the problem.  Several reasons:

    1/ your script is too big, and I don't have time to
       reduce your code myself;

    2/ you didn't provide input data so I can't reproduce
       the problem;

    3/ you spook about line breaks but you generate an HTML
       table;

    4/ I don't know Word.

  So instead try to provide a minimal input sample and a
minimal script that reproduce the problem, and show the
output you actually get and the one you expect.
