   <xsl:apply-templates select="newElement2" />
</xsl:template>

<xsl:template match="newElement1">
   <xsl:value-of
select="following-sibling::text()[following-sibling::newElement2]" />
</xsl:template>

<xsl:template match="newElement2">
   <xsl:value-of
select="following-sibling::text()[following-sibling::newElement3]" />
</xsl:template>

</xsl:stylesheet>
