If your structure is the same but for the variety of names you can use my
solution by substituting "*" for "TableFootnote" everywhere, in consequence
of your use of a moded template.

There are probably other structural clues you could use to build a key
table.  As Wendell pointed out, it is a natural solution to this
*ungrouping* problem.  Though calling it that would seem to raise an
eschatological question, I'd rather think of it as *regrouping*.
