But we don't (unfortunately If your structure is the same but for the variety of names you can use my solution by substituting "*" for "TableFootnote" everywhere, in consequence of your use of a moded template. There are probably other structural clues you could use to build a key table. As Wendell pointed out, it is a natural solution to this *ungrouping* problem.
