xquery orderby

There are some skimpy notes (mainly cribbed from an earlier email
exchange on this list) at

http://monet.nag.co.uk/xq2xml/xq2xslnotes.html#s6

But I'm miffed at the XQuery Test suite which claims I fail half the
OrderBy tests (unless I were to switch to Saxon -SA rather than -B)

Actually it's the "details" where the Obviousness of the translation is
less than one might hope. orderBy is as it is, but differences in white
space handling, namespace copying, and the set of built in types
supported at the basic conformance level account for most of the
complication in the code of xq2xsl.
