date/time conversion template

Hi All,

Does anybody have a template that I can use to convert from:

<Datetime>Sep 24 2004  4:19PM</Datetime>

to:

<Datetime>2004-09-24 16:19:48.00</Datetime>

I am stuck using xslt 1.0.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
