No-one is being theoretical here. You can use XSLT 2.0 by downloading Saxon
8.4: see http://saxon.sf.net/

Your choices here are to use a processor that implements the draft XSLT 2.0
spec, or to use a vendor-specific extension to an XSLT 1.0 processor.
