RE: xsl:when, xsl:otherwise question?

Thanks a lot. I got it fixed. 
My xml file was <pb></pb> when 'a' tag is absent
instead of <pb><e></e></pb>, so the message resides
between <xsl:otherwise> tag couldnt be displayed.
