select distinct

hey huys how would i do like a select distinct for multiple nodes with
the same value?

<xtags:forEach select="//SERVICE[LISTOFLOCATIONS/LOCATION/LOCATIONID='3']">
                        This is Number 3
</xtags:forEach>

I would like to display "This is Number 3" once.
