Better include them in the XSLT 2.0 spec (Was: Re: [xs

Maybe it's still not too-late for @memo-function and environment
variables in system-property() to be included in the standard XSLT 2.0
?

This would be one of the last good deeds of the respected members of
the XSLT 2.0 WG that would be highly appreciated by the XSLT
community.
