RE: design question on function namespaces

Return the boolean value to whom | what? > To its caller. For example, <xsl:variable name="x" as="xs:boolean"> <xsl:apply-templates select="chap" mode="doc:has-footnotes"/> </xsl:variable> If the call on apply-templates returns a boolean, that boolean will be the value of variable $x. Thanks for the explanation Michael. Now that is a change! How did she get that through the WG? Seems to be duplicating the function example you provided? Dual use templates? Give the template a name and it becomes a triple use template? Was any use case provided? The function example seems far clearer. regards DaveP -- DISCLAIMER: NOTICE: The information contained in this email and any attachments is confidential and may be privileged.
