unable to locate stylesheet included using xsl:include

Hi,
         Iam trying to locate my included stylesheet  using a mapping
provided in a catalog file using the apache-xml-commons Resolver classes.
However, My program is still trying to retrieve the included stylesheet
from the remote location and giving me an error and not utilizing the
catalog at all.

Iam setting the resolver using

factory.setURIResolver(new CatalogResolver());

and I have specified the location to the catalog in
CatalogManager.properties and a URI entry exists in my catalog.xml

Your help is appreciated.
