You have a typo: that should be xmlns:xsl (an XML namespace declaration for the 'xsl' qualifier). As it is, it thinks this is an attribute named "xslns:xsl", so the xsl: namespace isn't bound to that URI and your processor doesn't know what namespace these 'xsl' elements belong to.
