Well, i found out the problem, i have latin chars like g and i have no
encoding declaration, so i solve that voodoo problem by using

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='ISO-8859-1'?>

but isn't that strange that it occurs even in comments?

It's like they say in Spain, "yo no credo in brujas, mas que las hay, hay"...
