How I can calling java function using SAXON 8.3 processor?

The exemple:
<?xml version='1.0'?>
<xsl:stylesheet>
<xmlns:xsl=http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform
      xmlns:java="C://Java_Projects/Helloworld"
      exclude-result-prefixes="java"
      version='1.0'>

Where had xmlns:java="C://Java_Projects/Helloworld"

Would can be xmlns:java="http://xyz.com"
