format-number(@rxNum, "0000000000")

I once wrote a huge string-related program on a Ti83+ calculator. String handling functions were so limited that the long time I spent getting them to work properly has left traces on my programming automata... I can't seem to get rid of my inclination to use 'substring()' when it's not necessary.
