So, just as a splinter group created RELAX NG when the W3C Schema
group went astray, we now need another (or with luck the same) splinter
group to create an alternative to XPath and XSLT 2.0 that will meet the 
needs of the same users who prefer the power of RELAX NG to the verbosity 
of XSD. 

Any chance someone is working on it?  Any rumors?
