Hi,
can anybody tell me where the <META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"> tag is comming from?

It is in my output HTML file. But I do not have it in my XSL nor in my XML file. The servlet where the transformer is called does not have anything like that also..

I think it is placed there automaticaly, but how can I get rid of it? Or change it into ISO-8859-1?

I'm using xalan-j 2.6.0.

Thanks,
Roman Koschel.
