Hi Pieter -

My target browsers are any that have MSXML 3.0+.  =)

I basically want it to work over the web for my friends and family.  About all of them would be
using IE 5.5 or better.  Some may be using Netscape, but I'm gonna worry too much about them
because they are "what ifs" really.
