RE: Grouping elements in table using xsl:fo

The main aspect I am having trouble with is getting each unique <B> on a
separate row in the table with each <z> grouped under the relevant <B>.  I
can only get each <B> on the same row and so cannot group under these.

Compatible with what?

The Meunchian Method is a way of using XSLT to create any grouped output in
any output vocabulary.  Since you are using XSLT, it is there for you to
take advantage of.  Just wrap your grouped output in the XSL-FO vocabulary.
