 Or Opera or Safari or any of the numerous other browsers which haven't been placed into cryogenic stasis like IE. Of course, neither Opera nor Safari (nor Konqueror) supports XSLT 1.0. And off the top of my head I don't think Lynx does either. In practice these are bigger obstacles to using XSLT on the Web than Microsoft's non-support for XSLT 2.0.
