xslt problem

I get the following error when I try to open a xml
file in IE 6 and Windows XP SP2. Help would be greatly
appreciated.


The XML page cannot be displayed 
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please
correct the error and then click the Refresh button,
or try again later.
