xslt2 draft says that a system may allow the transform to start at a named
template.
The way you specify the named template is like the way you specify
parameters: processor specific.

However default values of params are specified in a system independent
way within the stylesheet and it's not an unreasonable suggestion
that initial templates should be as well, it seems to me.
