Not everything, but you have something wrong, but you haven't shown us
the wrong bit, so we can't really help.

The namespace is part of the name, so somewhere in your stylesheet (or
copied from a source document) you are generating a table element in
no-namespace and putting it in a document that has a default namespace
of xhtml, so the system has to add xmlns="" so that the table element
stays in no-namespace.

The fix is to generate your table element in the xhtml namespace.
