libxml2-2.6.8 and libxslt-1.1.5 on AIX compilation

environment: AIX 5.1

just wanted to point out that:


libxml2-2.6.8 needs "--disable-ipv6" for the configure option to compile
i didn't look deeply into why this happens but can offer help
investigating.

libxslt-1.1.5 needs the following two lines in the config.h file:

#define _XOPEN_SOURCE 1
#define _XOPEN_SOURCE_EXTENDED 1

otherwise it won't compile without brute force [at least on my AIX].
