Trying work parser LIBXML

Hi people,

I trying to work with parser LIBXML, I want do XML encryption. But my
application is Delphi 6, and source code the parser libxml is C, who I can
do to work libxml in Delphi 6?
Anyone, already worked with parser libxml using XML Encryption ?
