Any screen painter tool avilable for XML

Hi,
  I want to create XML file using some GUI tools. 
Any GUI tools avilable? I want to drag & drop the
icons like inputbox,label etc., for these I want to
create XML file by this GUI tool.

If any one used it or if you know these kind of tools.
