Try
<xsl:sort data-type="text" select=".//secondary/@name"/>
and
<xsl:sort data-type="text" select=".//secondary//tertiary/@name"/>
The // selects all matching nodes on that level...im not sure how it will
match on a sort tho... Give it a burl shirl!
