Free threaded

I am using MSXML Parser 4 and an XSL document to transform an XML document
produced by my application. This was working fine in August. Now I get the
message "XSL Stylesheet document must be free threaded in order to use with
the XSL template." I can still transform the file in XML Spy.  Is this a bug
in the latest version of MXSML4? I have probably reinstalled it since August
and I can't figure out what else it could be. It happens with two different
XSL stylesheets, so I don't think I accidentally added an error to them.
Any suggestions?
