 Therefore, all tests will be against FO instances. Given this, I can generate some test cases myself, although I will still need to have realistic test cases contributed. Another normalization is unrolling shorthands, or not using FO files with shorthands for testing. They are not required for the basic level of conformance, and FOP does not support them. Good point.
