It may be painless (although many would find using document.write rather
painful as it makes a joke of any attempts to validate the file)
but it does something completely different to what is usually meant by
"current date" Inserting javascript into the generated html means that
the user will see the date and time current at the time they look at the
file. Normally people want to insert the date the transformation tok
place to add a "last modified" comment to teh page.
