The transformation is based on the assumption that it will be run with an
EXSLT-aware XSLT processor (e.g. Saxon, Xalan, MS .Net xslTransform or MSXML4 (EXSLT
support must be separately installed), 4xslt, JD, xsltlib/xsltproc, ... etc.)

If this is not the case you must substitute the above namespace-uri with whatever
the vendor provides for vendor extensions and also (if necessary) change the name of
the extension function from node-set() to the vendor-specific name.
